Cancellation Policy & Refunds
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. In order to provide the best service to all our clients and manage our schedule efficiently, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be issued. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our cancellation policy.
